Preserving automotive history and recreating capabilities in the fashion of the originals. The originals being Commandos; The men and women who dedicated their lives to the pursuit of speed, pushing the boundaries of Kustoms, and laying the foundation for what we have today. We dedicate ourselves to every element of a built down to the smallest part and detail. We preserve the history of our cars and dedicate our skills to the better of our community because keeping this passion alive for years to come is a responsibility we take to the grave.

Axles dropped the old fashioned way in our fixtures. Standard drop is 2” lower than factory drop (roughly 4” total depending on year axle dropped). Price is assuming a core is provided, we typically have most axles on hand as cores and core charge varies depending on year. Basic drop includes straightening min or tweaks, magnaflux for cracks, and check holes for size. Please call before placing order if a core is needed. Holes, peaks, filling all available as well.

Step boxed perimeter frame using laser cut 5/16” plates and starting with freshly stamped rails. Built in house on our jigs to ensure perfect alignment. Base price is a perimeter frame with stamped center section/ 1’’ dropped front crossmember, and tube rear crossmember for either transverse leaf spring or coil overs. Frames are built to order, please allow 4-6 weeks for fulfillment and call to confirm order. Shipping rates vary, please call for shipping quotes or local shipping options are available. This is our baseline frame and all options are available through a full roller.
Basic rebuild service of all 1928-1947 Ford banjo rear ends. Service includes all new bearings, races, internal cleaning in the hot tank and lash/preload setting. Price does not reflect actual shipping rates and upgrades such as baked on Glyptal coating, REM polishing, new gears, etc. Cores are available from a limited stock but exchange or rebuild of your core is highly recommended.

Meet the Team
It all began with a vision to recreate and preserve history in a small town. Max Sechler and Scott Fagley are a pair of bonafide vintage car and motorcycle builders. We have a passion for the arts, music, metal and community. Together we have found a way to give back to a community that has given us so much. We are U.S. Navy and U.S. Air Force veterans with more than 28 years of combined service in the Special Operations rescue communities.

Design/BuildAfter retiring from a 21 year career in United States Air Force Special Operations Scott chose to pursue his passion for helping others achieve their hot-rodding dreams. Scott leads out chassis design, and makes a mean latte. His builds circle the wagon of multiple pre-war Fords, a track-T, front-engine dragster, and multiple award-winning early Volkswagens. He loves learning, metal shaping, and inspiring and teaching others to achieve their dreams.

Max — Design Director
After 10 years of service as a U.S. Navy Corpsman, Max decided it was time to chase a different kind of mission: building radical, traditional hot rods. His journey started in the custom motorcycle world, where he honed his skills and developed an eye for detail that's second to none. Max brings a unique blend of discipline, creativity, and grit to every build.
When he’s not burning the midnight oil in the shop, Max enjoys long walks with his dog, Woodstock—and thinking up the next big idea
